Reservations can be made through our official website: https://mallado.fr.to/. Reservations are confirmed only after payment (if required) has been successfully processed. We are not responsible for missed matches due to late arrival; seats may be released if not claimed before kick-off.

Entry is allowed only upon payment of the applicable ticket or viewing fee. Fees may vary depending on the match, tournament, or event. No refunds will be issued once entry has been granted, except where the event is cancelled by the Center.
7. Match Schedule
Match schedules displayed on our website are based on official league announcements. Schedules may change without prior notice due to broadcaster or league adjustments. We will update any schedule changes promptly on our website.
8. Downloads & Access
Downloaded content may be subject to restrictions until approved for airing. Unauthorized distribution, re-uploading, or resale of downloaded materials is prohibited.
9. Code of Conduct
Respect fellow customers, staff, and property at all times. No fighting, shouting, or disorderly conduct. Offensive language, hate speech, or harassment will not be tolerated. Any customer who engages in misconduct will be removed without refund.
10. Prohibited Items and Substances
Alcohol, smoking, drugs, and any form of intoxicants are strictly prohibited on the premises. Possession or consumption of prohibited substances will lead to immediate removal and possible reporting to law enforcement.
11. Food and Drinks
Only food and drinks purchased within the Center are allowed, unless otherwise approved by management.
12. Safety and Security
We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Customers are responsible for their personal safety while on the premises. Weapons, dangerous objects, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited.
13. Damages and Liability
Any damage to property caused by a customer will be charged to the responsible person. The Center will not be liable for injuries, losses, or damages except in cases of proven negligence.
14. Management Rights
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person who violates these terms. We may change match schedules, seating arrangements, or pricing without prior notice.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By entering Mallado Viewing Center or using our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledge that failure to comply may result in removal from the premises without refund.
